UK online bingo brand GalaBingo.com has extended its partnership with 52 Lives, a UK-based charity, for another two years.

GalaBingo has already raised GBP 218,818 for the UK-based charity whose aim is to change someone’s life every week.

The charity chooses a person in need each week from nominations submitted through its website and  shares their story across online and social media channels. Supporters then spread the word and offer help where they can.

GalaBingo.com supports the charity by hosting 52 Lives charity games every day at 7:30pm along with extra games on Sunday’s.  All proceeds from these games are donated to the charity.

Karina Adrian, Head of Brand Marketing at GalaBingo.com, said: “We’re thrilled to be renewing our partnership with 52 Lives. They really do transform lives across the nation, and we look forward to another two years supporting this fantastic cause!”

“The GalaBingo.com community is such a supportive network and we’re extremely proud of the total raised so far. It’s wonderful to see the generosity of our players and we believe these games really are a fun way to raise money for those in need.”

52 Lives founder Jaime Thurston added: “We have been working with Gala Bingo for almost 3 years now, and in that time they have raised funds to help us to change the lives of thousands of people.”

“From the very big acts of kindness- such as buying essential medical equipment for seriously ill children and paying for life-saving operations – to the very small, such as buying a Christmas gift for an elderly person on their own – Gala Bingo has helped us to do it all. None of what we do would be possible without their on-going support.”
