First it was a “technical” issue – then it was a finance issue – then I had to verify my account again with them asking me to take a photo with my face, ID card and my elbow clearly present – then they asked me to do this again as a selfie in the mirror!! Then they told me the “pending” on the website on the withdrawal was actually my bank “pending” to accept the deposit. Seriously, that’s what they told me.
