At first playing with Kingbilly was great, I had no problem with them but then after a while they start to cheat and lie their ways out with giving no bonus after I had made deposits. Games always had problems with during free spins, not to mention numerous times I got kicked out during games while having a big wins. “ Technical Error” according to them but that only happened when I win big. Their direct chat line has been down for months now and still has not been fix, sending email takes hours for them to reply.
King Billy has been my #1 for years, I do not wish to uphold this negative review if this issue is resolved faster than their current communication, which is ZERO.
6 hours ago I deposited to AUD wallet with BTC deposit method. Usually, recently, near instant. Today, deposit never showed, their chat live help has been offline for over a week, and today have raised issue with message contact via their site and recieved confirmation email of ticket opened for my inquiry…
I attempted this 3 times over the hours, and also sent email to VIP, hello, and support emails @kingbillycasino.com… No replies as yet and no sign of deposit anywhere. Block chain was 25 confirmations when I last checked.
I just want someone to be contactable when needed, and my issue resolved, and confidence if issues arise in future, they are as useful, helpful, but foremost contactable with 2 way communications in a timely manner.
Three years plus playing a lot of online casinos, but King Billy seems to lead the new trend of denying document verification. Specifically, they request a bank document which shows your deposit to their casino. It must show the banks info, your account #, and their casino name on the same doc.
My RBC deposits to most casinos use Interac, which in turn uses Gigadat to forward funds. NEVER have I seen a bank statement showing a deposit to a casino by name, but King Billy and also National Casino, demand a doc which actually does not exist, so consequently, no payouts. Also tried a Visa deposit for verification, but that was rejected as proof of deposit also. I forwarded every doc I receive from my bank, made numerous live chats, sent Emails queries to support, and all without resolve.
Dozens of previous casinos with no problem verifying docs, but after endless attempts with King Billy and National to verify deposits, I gave up trying to comply with their regulations.
I assume the solution would be to go to one’s bank and request a specific letter entailing the verification demands, to MAYBE appease these casinos, but why bother in this age of explosive online Covid induced gambling, and hundreds of casinos to play.
In conclusion, this is not a critique of the security regulations imposed by casinos for player verification, they are certainly justified, but in my case, unattainable due to my bank statement not complying. Consequently, this is not a request to contact King Billy on my behalf, because it’s not worth the effort.
But I would like to depart with some hard earned (meaning losses), experienced advice for your readers.
Choosing a casino is your first gamble, so:
only make minimum deposit until doc verification!
That big juicy bonus on sign up you just won a grand on, is absolutely useless, until the gods of gambling verify you. That is truly the REAL gamble!

So far, I can not say bad things from this casino. They have a great variety of promotions for all budgets. I like the way they structure their welcome bonus and always getting extra spins for my deposits on different days. They know how to treat a customer so will keep going back as until today my experience so far has been fair.
I haven’t won yet so I will come back again and share my withdrawal experience and hopefully the King treat me nicely again lol. :) :)
