I’m really starting to get over them their bonus deals are terrible if you play regularly, there’s been no tournaments for ever and even getting something on a bonus wheel is like winning the lottery. Not to mention you don’t get any free spins after 1-3 deposits this is the same for what I assume is the sister casino all slots I haven’t withdrawn from any of these Casinos within a year of regular play and I’m trying to find out how to exclude myself from them altogether.

I have been trying to withdraw to my visa card but told it was rejected. They suggested I open an account with muchbetter to receive my withdrawls. I opened an account and withdrew and have had 6 withdrawls processed by platinum play since February. No withdrawl have ever been posted to my much better account.
I have spoken to at least 5 of their live chat team to try and get the outside resolved only to be told they will expidite the problem. My withdrawls total around 800 $. I havent had them returned to my account. The chat hosts keep saying they’ll expedite the problem

Made a deposit decided to quit the site and asked for my deposit back. My Deposit was made through Master Card but was then told they did not reimburse through Master Card,even though they have no problem taking it.Was told to use an alternative method to be reimbursed.Gave all the details of my checking account and was told that it would be processed shortly.One week later I received an e mail informing me that in order to be reimbursed I needed to prove my identityand would need to send several pieces of ID !! So no need to show any ID to take your money but apparently do not give it back .

hi I just started last night followed all terms and conditions then put my own money in took 6 hrs to get up to $32,000 they refuse to let me cash out my winnings so far only $400 has been able to come back!!!! ive spoken to 3 ppl and made contact through persistence and still giving me the run around……. mate my kids were over the moon that $2500 I put in paid off for us!!! platinum play even said step by step yes its correct I have proof of each person I made contact with before the convo finished and all of them have said in their own words , which I have proof of … you will receive your winnings then short time later back pedalling and repeating the terms and conditions like a robot once they know they cant pay up!!!

You can easily deposit money onto the casino but you’ll have a hell of a time getting it out when you when. They try everything possible to not give it to you. It’ll be sitting in your account to withdraw for days until it goes into ‘processing’ for more days and after that.. A couple days later. It may be in your bank account.

Oh and promotions. They hardly work. If it’s any promo where you get free credits from them.. lol good luck. You’ll end up with another thousand issues you need to contact support for. And guess what!!! They are useless! I’ve talked to 5 in two days about the same problem and it’s still not resolved, get different reasons from all support workers.. Waiting on emails that never come.

I won a jackpot and requested to have 3,000.00 deposited back in early July. I have spoken with several agents all of which have told me they needed a clearer picture of my drivers license. I have sent the license in three times. I have scanned it, faxed it and take a picture with my phone. Each time I got the same story” we will process your payment in 4 days”.
I now got a lady on the phone who said she was a supervisor and to send it to her email directly. I have done this and she won’t reply. Now their site is off line and their phones are not working. This place is not legit.

Platinum Play was recommended to me by a guy from work. I thought online casino’s were scams but he assured me he cashed out before using net teller with no dramas. I deposited $100 and had a few decent wins on the pokies. I tried to cash out at $1000 and found I still had to play out the bonus bet (30x$100=$3000). I thought that was crap but I should have read the terms and conditions first. Anyway finally cashed out at $600 with the bonus bet gone. It was a fairly tedious process to gather proof of I.D documents but when I rang the helpline with a few questions they were extremely helpful and got my money back in my account approx 7 days later. I’d definetly recommend PlatinumPlay like it was recommended to me.

I have played at this casino for a month or 2, no winnings withdrawn. I contacted them 3 times by email to close my account due to the no winnings and that I have a gambling problem. I received no response. This is very irresponsible from the casino. The account is finally closed, I still have had no email response, only know because I logged on again. No response, no reimbursement etc…stay away, only friendly on chat when taking your money.

I have been playing at platinum play for less than a month. And so far its been positive…At first started with a 10$ deposit.. maybe 20$ i never really deposit more than 20. But within the first few days i won.. it was a couple hundred but i accepted the bonus so i had to meet wagering requirements.. somehow i managed to do it… then they have that withdrawal pending period. Anyways its so addicting.. Started off with a 600 dollar withdrawal then it went down to under 300… Then i ended up hitting a 1700 dollar spin on a free spin win.. . Reading all these comments , I would like to say – how many of you actually read the terms and conditions regarding the casino before you sign up? Cause you are all too quick to compalin but you don't even read what you have signed up for , also if you walk into a normal land based casino and drop a $100 and loose it – you and I both know you cannot ask the dealer 2 please give you an extra 10 or 20 to try and win your money back – so please stop bitching and moaning that the casinos are riggid – if that were the case why would they give you bonuses 2 try and incure your loses .

They let me make deposits for thousands on there website and when I won some back they closed my account ! Had to email them and ask why and they said they need photos of my cards back and front, passport , bills and photos of me!! I sent all the info but the account is still locked a week on, they are asking for evidence of old cards and more and more obscure things, since looking into it I have seen in not the only person to be tricked by them. It's on going but I'm considering taking it a lot further if nothing is done by the end of the week.

These online casinos have got to be the biggest scam of the decade. Their RNG are seriously demented beyond belief. I've already blew over $2000 at microgaming roulette and the numbers that supposedly generate randomly defy any sort of randomness. They will let you win a few spins then BAM! 20 spins a row I've lost when covering 80% of numbers. If by chance you do win its the number with the lowest bet. After that I kept rebetting same numbers taking a random bet off. And what do you know! The number that I just removed a bet on hits. Repeat this same result for the next dozen spins and you get a very pissed of player. I've watched these roulette spins for over a month now almost every night witnessing players consistently getting torn to shreds from this so called fair RNG. These software have definitely been tampered with. I have never seen one time where the players have been lucky, its always the casino raking in massive amounts whilst giving tiny payouts. At my local casino I've won thousands several times with a small bankroll yet at this online casino you'd be struggling to win $50 after spending thousands. Absolutely ridiculous! And then you have the goddamn bonus terms which they try to use to prevent payouts at all costs, yet deposits are taken with lightning speed. Hi all. It seems in this website that only people who lose seem to post. I'm from Australia and have never had any drama with this casino. I have won numerous amounts, 500, 800, 2000, 1300, 1700 and my most recent 5200. I have never had a drama and have always chosen the cheque via courier option, cheque hand delivered to my door. Yes u do have to send verification documents however that is a legal requirent just like if you sign up to anything else in life. deposited $20 using credit card. Played roulette and got balance up to $60. Tried to withdraw- cant use credit card. Customer service told me to open an ecocard and then they would deposit money into it. Tried that. Then told I needed to provide verification documentation of drivers licence, creditcard and utility bill (Colour copies high resolution). Sounded dodgy so I got onto this site and have read many comments similar to mine re Platinum Play Casino. I will not be providing them with this information as I am not sure why they need it and how they can even ask for it. They took my money so easily but it seems I wont be getting it back as easily. It has been a real leeson for me. Not sure how they get away with it. Will investigate further through consumer affairs. I feel this site needs to be shut down and its directors or CEO need to be held accountable for what seems so obvious.

Tried to speak to a customer service person, WASTE OF TIME! Never answered my questions properly and wanted my credit card number and address and birthday etc etc, what I was asking had nothing to do with needing any of that information it was a basic question, and I don't give my credit card number out to anyone like that. DON'T USE PLATINUM PLAY! For the love of god don't do it. It is the most ridiculous experience gambling I have ever had. I was playing on the roulette game and at first I had won some money and eventually played through my bonus. After a couple of times playing, the online roulette started to become strange. The weirdest streaks started happening, for example: 14 straight black followed by a 0 then another 15 straight black. The last streak that finally finished me off was 16 red with two zeros in between. It seemed to me like once you have gotten a certain amount of money, you would lose double that in mere seconds. I even looked at the stats for the roulette game I was using and whatever outside bet I was playing always ended with the lower percentage of success. They suck you in at first but once you start winning frequently your money quickly vanishes in no time. Whatever you do don't lose your money using Platinum Play.

Don't waste your hard earned dollars on this casino. The payouts are nil to none! You wait for ever to get a bonus then get nothing on the bonus. It seems there is always some holiday going on when you want to cash in! I cashed my money in on Sept. 18th and today is the 25th and the money is no where to be found. They WILL not give me a tracking number for the first check that should have already arrived by now. They mailed the money out in two checks and there was a 4 day gap in the time from the first to the second. I am very worried about receiving the money!

I have been playing this casino for a few months now i finally won enough to make a withdraw worth while $530.00 so i took it out and then won some more $700 took it out and a few days later won some more $2000 took that out too and was waiting for $3230.00 then put 20.00 on my account hit auto play and then when i look up i have another 2000.00 so i withdraw it and an expecting $5230.00 I ring them to ask when i will get it and they tell me that they need documents and that i only have $2000 that i can withdraw as they had credited my account with my money and that i had played it and had never had 5230.00 only 2000.00 and i have been withdrawing money that never existed because i withdrew it and they put it back in my account. No one ever told me that they had done this i had assumed i was winning it and i cannot see anywhere on my statements that says they gave it back to me only that i withdrew it and told me to get a lawyer if i had a problem

This is a terrible casino with very poor customer service, I warn anyone who is thinking of playing in this casino to go else where. I played the 1500 free credits and won the 100 credit bonus, I then deposited the required 20 credits and played through the bonus requirements and was told I was able to withdraw what I had won. I withdrew my winnings and received the email to confirm my withdrawal. After two weeks my funds are sent back to my account with no explanation. I then find out I have to play through the bonus requirements again to be able to withdraw my funds. This is totally unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous and I will not be playing in this casino again.

@Caitlin: I know Platinum Play very well as I do have a player account there. Although I do not play there anymore I can safely tell you that it is not a scam. The online casino is real and the people behind it are known to be honest.
BUT although the casino is not a scam it is not ok to receive unsolicited mail from them. This is called SPAM. Sending you a CD to your real mailbox is even worse than sending you a spam email.

They obviously bought your contact details from somewhere else (maybe you played at a different online casino?). If I were you I wouldn´t play there just for that reason.

Hi all i am in Australia and am just wondering i have NEVER had anything to do with Platinum Play Casino or anything like it because i do not gamble and today when i went to my mailbox i had a letter addressed to me from their company with a disc and what not raving about how awesome their online casino is and the letter tells me to insert the disc into my computer and choose whether i want free bets or to make deposits, i tried to call the support number at the bottom but i was hung up on when i said that if it were a scam i would be going to the police today and reporting it, so i just thought i would search on google if anything existed and then i found this page so i thought i would ask if anyone new anything about this and what the go with is was i am pretty clued onto these sort of scams as there are alot of them going on at the moment around where i live so any answers would be great thankyou, just so i dont look stupid when i go to the police and they tell me that this is a legitimate thing. At first, sorry for my bad English.. im here in Switzerland…
Please don't waste your time or money with Platinum Play.
If you accept the free bonus (and usually the people will accept it) your withdraw is blocked. When you try to withdraw your money the most standard casinos will only block the free bonus. I am agreed with this because it's not their job to donate us the free bonuses in real cash. But sadly Platinum Play also blocks your own payments. There is a kind of hidden clause that you have to bet several times in this scam casino. I made a phone call and tried to get back my payment… but no chance.
There is another strange thing…. I'm in doubt that their random generator in the roulette system works really properly. I mine, zero and then 8 times red numbers in a row… one minute later again zero… 7 or 8 times black numbers in a row… that's a joke.
In future I will avoid this scam club.

This has got to be the worst online gaming anywhere on the internet the promotions are designed to get you stuck in a loop of terms and conditions that are not shown anywhere clearly … if you ask for any money there is normally a problem i.e your account has been frozen ? why? not sure..? while on hold on a non free number they hang up if they cnnot answer your questions … there emails are aggressive and they threaten you with being put on a negative online database effecting your credit score … the games are not random i tested it buy using 20 pounds each time just putting a pound on black guess what red 18 times zero twice for good measure … i am wrting to all the online regulators about this company as it is a leech of peoples money and when you want it back ???? nothing .. and i suspect some off the above comments have been placed there by platinum casino themselves as they fall jsut short of the allowed response within these posts so no its not great or is great vaule and the customer service is the worst ive ever come across…. i have lost hundreds from this casino, they happily accept my deposits but when i should ask for a withdrawal i get aggressive replies

Hello all, I have experienced similar "Platinum Play" problems in obtaining a payout of a few hundred canadian dollars. I was first requested to scan a copy of my credit card (front and back), driver's license, and a utility bill. This is a bit concerning in the present climate of identity theft. The casino does not receive a full copy of my credit card information — this is the benefit of the encrypted Microgaming System. I provided copies of the documents. The reply, as many have noted in this forum, was that the scan was not clear enough and now, for the first time, a colour scan was required. I have since provided a very good resolution colour scan but fully expect another email with a different reason. The numbers and text on these documents are clearly legible. I am doubtful that my winnings will ever be paid.

I have never had this request with other online casinos.

I have been a regular player for the last few months and had small winnings of £200 – £300 to start with these were recieved into my bank very quickly. AS to the efficiency of the casino i remained a player 2 weeks ago i won 4000 and withdrew as normal last week i recieved an e-mail saying i had to send over verification documents strange as i had never needed to send anything like that before i called them and was told it was just for security purposes so i sent them the following day i was told the documents were unclear and that i had to send them again so i did then they were to small so i sent them again then they were to large so i sent them again. Today i have recieved an e-mail saying that my account has been blocked and that any winnings will be removed from my account. After all the money they have happily taken from me and they wont pay out i called them very angry and asked why all they can say is that its locked and that its not there decision its a security matters.How am i ever going to get my winning?

I signed up for platinum Play, won a couple of cheques including ammounts for $1500, $300, $50 which were sent reasonalbly fast, altho the verification proccess was requied. all was well till i won over $8,000 which they then sent me round in countless circles and proccesses like verification again, documents recieved in black and white then magicly reappeared in colour once consumer affairs was mentioned, and then they finally told me it had been resolved and cheque had been sent only to have an email sent to me the next day saying that my account had been locked and my money will not be seen again untill i can prove my nickname is my name when they been taking money out of my Bank account using my real name…..THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

I received an email stating that I have tried to make a deposit but had problems even though I have NOT tried to make ANY deposit whatsoever. The email then goes on to state that the casino will give me $20 for my troubles when I deposit. I have no idea where you got my email or why you scare me by stating that I have tried to make a deposit. Stop spamming me and stop lying!

I had some luck early on with this casino, playing good blackjack, but after making a withdraw, there were no more highs and lows as is normal in blackjack play, but only lows, making small wagers ($1-$5), waiting for the highs i lost over $450. I think that my withdraw triggered a "switch" that changed this game from normal play to lose play. I will not play this casino ever again, it is rigged.

I won approx $2,700 in July. I withdrew cash without problem except the bank account number was entered in wrong. Thr VIP floor manager did his best to correct the problem and kept in contact with me until I recieved my money. It took about a month to recieve my winnings, but the error was on my side for not entering the bank account number correctly. Sinced then I have won an additional money on 3 separate times and have recieved my winnings in 5-7 days as advertised on the site. Thanks To Jean Claude. I am very pleased with the site.

I deposited money with the casino, won a small amount and asked to have a check sent to me. Now they tell me I have to give them a copy of my driver's license, a copy of a utility bill, and a copy of my credit card statement. That sounds CRAZY to me. Does everyone have to submit all kinds of "proof" of identity in order to get paid? They say they won't send me a check until I give them all that information. What's up with that?

I am still waiting on a withdrawal of $3635 from Platinum Play and was told over and over that they were sending it out a certain day and they had not. I was given promises by Managers who completely did not tell the truth only to be told that it was just a mistake on their part. It seems there is always some holiday going on when you want to cash in! I cashed my money in on Sept. 18th and today is the 25th and the money is no where to be found. They WILL not give me a tracking number for the first check that should have already arrived by now. They mailed the money out in two checks and there was a 4 day gap in the time from the first to the second. I am very worried about receiving the money!

The 200 free play is an absolute scam. I do not use the word lightly. As you can read from a previous post you may only withdraw 150 as winnings from the free play. You then have to deposit 20 of whatever currency to access these "winnings" which are NOT WITHDRAWABLE. to withdraw this money you have to wager, I think, 30 times the amount. Not to be outdone by this scam I tried to get as much as I could on Roullette by betting black/Red. Just before I was at the wagering limit I was 1,500 up. And just as I came over the limit I resorted to simply clicking red each time. I swear on my life that black came up 15 times. I challenge platinum casino to say that this is a lie as I'm sure they will have a record of it. I wouldn't be surprised if platinum casino is investigated in the near future.

I have never been more disapointed as I am in this casino. I at first thought that this was honest and trustworthy, then i win , i withdrawl 3050.00 I choose check by courier. on the 9th of may 2006 i recieve a email staing withdrawl was processed. i try to get a tracking number on the 10,11,and the 12th. I am then told fed ex has the check but has not provided a tracking number. I know when fed ex picks up a package the tracking number is on the form the sender fills out, I am told I will definatley have a tracking number by monday may 15.. i contact casino and i am told they still have no tracking number. i speak with a supervisor whom tells me there is nothing he can do, i ask does fed ex have the check i am told yes. i contact fed ex they pull up my address and i am told they have nothing for me, fed ex did say it doesnt mean they dont have it but it is NOT coming up by my address.i contact casino again and then i am informed no fed ex does not have it, they said bank of america has it and has not got it to fed ex please hold while i speak to a manager to see when we can get you a tracking number. im hung up on while on hold. i call back and out of the blue this is the story i am told. ms lacour the company we hired to process our checks and send them through fed ex has not met the casino requirmnets, and therefore we will not know your tracking number for at least another 24 hours., but there is a possability fed ex already has your check, its just the company that does this for us has nnot given tracking number, What is going on, I asked before choosing this withdrawl method the amount of time I am told 3 to 4 business days. It also says this exactly on their web site 3 to 4 business days, so saturday I placed a bid on a car and then put down my 500.00 good faith money , which I will now loose because of this. that is not the casinos fault i placed the bid. but it is their fault they misreprasented themselves and now i’m paying the price.

This casino is totally dishonest and has no intention of paying out. When I attempted a withdrawal without the needed wagering limit, they confiscated my credits without notifying me or explaining why. Totally dishonest operation. Should not be allowed to operate.

Dear Debra,

Having read your complaint I have contacted the casino to find out what the issue is on your Platinum Play account.

All that has transpired is the casino followed their standard Terms and Conditions in that you deposited and played and then tried to withdraw without having met the wagering requirements. This withdrawal was simply not processed and an email sent to you explaining that you have not met the wagering requirements as yet, also detailing how much you have wagered and how much you need to still wager. In the same email it does also explain that if you try to withdraw again without meeting the wagering requirements the bonus amount will be forfeited.

The problem is you did try to withdraw again 4 days later, still without having met the wagering and this is the reason the bonus amount was forfeited. To find out how much you had wagered so far you could have contacted the casino support via chat, email or telephone.

In this case, as far as the casino is concerned they followed the correct procedures and I have to agree.

Platinum Play is one of the casinos that I consider an all-time favorite.

As with any casino, sometimes I have a run of bad luck but overall, I have cashed out nice wins over the past year.

The withdrawals have been handled quickly. Also, I like having the casino call me to let me know of deposit specials they have for existing members.
