I deposited to This Casino using Zimpler as this is a ”no account” Casino. Deposited 2000€ in 200-500€ chunks and managed to get back to 1400€ during my last deposit.
Then tried to cash out but got message that Need to contact kyc department. Sent them email and never got a response. Live chat tells me that they have sent me several emails asking me for documents.
I have provided the documents but still no answer from kyc/financial department.
