I have been playing for around six months now and I wanna couple times and they want it all my documents so I sent them they paid me out after two weeks of $800 and now I want again $500 and they locked me out I talked to live chat and they said I requested to be locked out and I did not request to be locked out and I kept saying I’m sorry all I wanted to do was change my password and they kept saying as per your request you’ve been locked out you cannot pay for one month and I said can I please speak to somebody because I never once did that and they said the manager will tell you the same thing you’ve been blocked out and cannot pay for one month these people are a scam they will not pay you and if you start to win they just lock you out for no reason
I withdrew $1200 on 12/02/21 & have been live chatting every day since. Was told 2 days ago that my winnings have been confiscated because of card/player mismatch. I’ve been using my husband’s debit card since registration in 2018. Rule change in January 2021 means I’m not entitled to winnings. Live chat consultant said I will get a refund for funds deposited within 2-8 days from 1/3/21. It’s back with operations department & they can’t tell me the amount or exactly when I’ll get it. I have submitted all of my identification like requested several times. It is over a month and I still have not received any of my winnings. I even received confirmation that they would be processed this week. When I went on live chat to ask what the delay was I was told my winning were being held again. Well I signed up because I checked first to make sure they had Keno, which numerous sources said that they did, they even mention keno on their own website. After signing up and depositing $20 I try to search for keno and there is nothing. So I go in to online chat and am first told that I may have to try using different browsers, apparently chrome doesn’t allow you to play keno or something like that. Tried a couple browsers and nothing. Then I was told that it could be due to fake websites. They finally figured out that the game has been removed even though if you search jackpotcity keno you will definitely be led to believe they have several keno games. So I found out that if I deposit more money I will then be able to take my money back. They had to remove the $20 bonus I had received first and after they did that I for some strange reason was no longer able to deposit any money at all. It said it was a bank error but that is not the case. I have a feeling once they found out I was unhappy with being deceived and wanted my money back they did something that wouldn’t allow me to deposit more money so I could then withdrawal it. I was told to contact my bank, after already spending a half hour in live chat trying to get my money back. Not a very good experience with this BS company.
I had 2 separate deposits through etransfer leave my Bank account but not be deposited to my jackpotcity account… now I have been trying to be refunded that money for 6 weeks. I have sent my bank statements, deposit reference numbers and all the details they have asked for. Every Time I try to have it rectified or get an answer it’s a different story. Overall the game play was reasonable and although I have never won anything worth withdrawing, I have a Huge Red Flag for deposits. Money deposited never made it to my account and it’s pretty much a write off according to my banks security team. I was advised to stay clear of the site and change all my passwords. Do not buy into their 50, 80, or 90% bonus e-mails! I made a deposit without reading the fine print of the match bonus. Long story, short! There’s a wagering requirement that needs to be met before any money is converted into ‘real cash’. My wagering requirement was over $30 000. I ended up meeting the requirement, then proceeded to request a withdraw. I got emails proving that I reversed $1000 5 times. I got another email stating that only $3000 got transfered to my MuchBetter account. I have claimed the bonus and played it out. By claiming the bonus you cannot withdraw any funds until you have played over the amount and more. So no matter what you will never win. I have played without the bonus and you will not get any free games or and winnings. The money goes very quickly. You will always lose.
I can only partly understand all these negative reviews. I have withdrawn money several times in the last 5 years and always received my money. But to make it clear: I have not claimed any bonus. I topped my my account with debit card.
Like most people my debit card has my first and middle name as initials. And last name in full.
I received an email saying the card name does not match the account holder.
Now the card owner has to give permission for me to use the card.

I found this site really good, Id been playing unverified for a bit & then went on to verify it. There was a slight issues with my drivers license not matching up to my player name, but I had an online chat with the team and it was fixed straight away and then Iade a withdrawal a couple of days later. It was sitting in my account within 2 days & then by bank cleared it within 4 so definitely pays you out.
they will not pay out, stating government issued id ( birth certificate, passport) are not good. enough. then they say account is verified and payment in process, only when it doesn’t arrive after 8 days i contact them to find out this week it isn’t verified and they want more documents . I deposited $500 with Jackpot city. They now refuse to return my money saying that they never received my deposit. There was a charge to my credit card at the same time for 527.50 from Oct 11, 2020

Oddly enough they allowed me to gamble (video poker) which does not operate properly hence the refund request. I am thinking for taking this to the RCMP.

First of all guys they do pay your withdrawals. You just need to verify your account to avoid getting the run around. Ive played on this site for about a year with a couple of small withdrawals until recently I got up to 16k. I swear every game I played on the way to that amount gave me free games and big wins went on for days. Then i withdrew. Thats when all match bonuses stopped and the real issues started i received the money but i cant seem to win on anything its so obvious to me now if its an automated system like they claim and that system can block you from bonuses after withdrawing. After I submitted that they wanted me to submit the next month statement to prove I hadn’t received a refund. So I waited 3 more weeks for that statement and gave it to them. After 72 hours I asked the live chat, and he said it was too blurry, so I submitted again on same night with a clear version.
After another 72 hours, I talked to the live chat again, and he was not willing to help much, and just told me to wait for another 48 hours.
The very next night I talked to another live chat again, and this time he talked to the operating team directly and got me approved for documents.
I have got my $9999 this morning in my bank and waiting for the remaining $3001 tomorrow hopefully.
*Note: Make sure you talk to the one who asks you what is your withdrawal amount and tell you he is going to talk to the operating team. If you have other live support who is not saying those, you better find another time and talk to some other support. They will not notice you directly if your documents do not get approved.

at first in the beginning of playing I had trouble getting paid out, then it was all sorted. I had been paid out within a few days. Ive been having problems with getting my winning. I wont 1620 and 1220 and live chat kept saying that i spent it or reversed it and i had explained over and over that was impossible because those funds where in the withdrawal and you can not reverse those funds and i had sent in the required documents as well and still get the run around about it. There is no effective communication between customer and Support. There is no effective communication between Support and the casino itself. They give you the run around. Every support agent says something else, contradicting each other all the time. I have been waiting for over a month for my withdrawal of $2000. I have reached out to their live chat over 50 times. I provided everything, but they claim I need more documentation or I need to clarify my ID more. Each agent confidently tells you that your issue will be solved within 48 hours, but no one ever gets back to you. There is no way for them to even get back to you. They don’t do email. No one ever emails you back to help with your issue.

Just wanted to share my experience with online blackjack offered in various forms on the jackpot city site. I have played BJ for 30 yrs and do understand the game well and play by the book expertly . I understand even with that you are not going to beat the dealer often – you lose more than you win and I have found that to be true at the regular casinos. I walked away with more losses than wins in my 30 yrs for sure lol but had some good runs too. I thought I would try this online BJ with jackpot city as this covid has of course made Vegas a non starter etc. I had a string of bad luck in my first five deposits of about 400 with the dealer seeming to be extraordinarily luck but this random card generator can do that . I continued playing and nothing changed so I started to get suspicious and even started tracking every hand . I did this for about 10 sessions of approximately say 150 hands each session . Each time the dealer s card luck was beyond belief with this random card generator. I counted only the hands the dealer should have lost – for example my 19 against a dealer 5 or an ace 4 against a dealer six. I did not include the hands the dealer should have beat me and did – for instance dealers 10 against my 19 and dealer pulls a 10- to be expected. In the hands I had the advantage the dealer pulled winning cards almost consistently to beat me – to a ratio of approx 9-1 for each of my sessions . In other words nine times the dealer would beat me when the cards were in my favor as to one for me beating the dealer when it was the dealers card advantage. pulling 20 and 21 from a dealer 5 or 6 does happen but not consistently like this. In my last session I also witnessed as the dealer pulled 5 blackjacks in a row – can this happen at the tables in a live casino? absolutely but the ratio of 8-1 in the dealers favor consistently with each session I play? seems uncanny. Not saying that Jackpot city is rigged as I m sure there are regulators and people monitoring for that. But if online blackjack can be this consistently in the dealers favor it is seriously flawed. any thoughts or comments?
Blackjack was doing tricks on me too. I had a high number and dealer suspiciously would get 21 5 times in a row. Then when I did start winning at one point, jackpot city changed the maximum bet from $2000-$5000 to maximum $20 only. I checked the slots and all maximum bets were lowered a lot. I contacted support and they said “ We are allowed to change the min/max bet anytime they casino feels depending on the player.”

They take money from your bank account and say they never received it.You then have no way to reach them as the agent is giving you a false email address so your deposit will be lost. No help from the agent and it´s impossible to submit proof to anyone.

If you accept the bonus offers the bonus ties up any winnings until you “play through” some set amount. So although I had $6000 in winnings I wasn’t allowed to withdraw a penny until I had “played through” my bonus …in my case $4000. It took me forever to do this. I have played and got a decent win and they said my profile needs to be updated so I did sending in my drivers then my cell bill not realizing my cell bill had my old address and that’s where the fun began. I decided to check it out and then after I won $600 and cashed out I looked up these reviews and thought for sure I was getting scammed. No biggie though I only spent $100…within a week of withdrawing my money was transferred to me via ETRANSFER. Not once did they ask me for my banking info or anything like that. Very pleased!! I will add though if you deposit and claim the reward then then you have to play through a certain amount of money before withdrawing. That’s the only thing I didn’t like about this site.
If you can make it past the wager requirements then the casino is a fun place to be and you can actually win because I know I did. However, they let you jump through hoops before you can withdraw the money. I´m not new to that kind of stuff but more importantly they do pay.
That´s true. They let you deposit no problem but then if you win the y put you under the microscope. If they then find something against their terms then be sure to either get your account locked or you get a friendly message telling you that you simply won´t get your winnings.
