I’ve withdrawn previously and only to bank, as I deposited via visa debit. This withdrawl, however, is now at 16 business days (3rd april withdrawl approved) and no-one on chat or email is offering any update apart from ‘the relevant department are looking into it’. I find this really difficult to swallow as my bank have told me it shouldn’t be taking this long. I’ve asked BS to trace the withdrawl and every agent says the same thing ‘we have no further update’. How long will it take before someone will actually do something I wonder and actually reply with something other than ‘we have no update’? I can’t get past the frontline staff, who will not escalate or do anything for me. I know, working with accounts myself, that if you have actually asked for a trace from the bank you sent the payment to, that you would have had an update by now. It’s so disappointing to experience this and really quite frustrating. I emailed a complaint, and this was allocated a reference, then closed down immediately without a reply.

I have deposited thousands and cashed out thousands with no problem for the better part of a year. But last night I hit the most I’ve ever hit off one go. When I went to cash out they stopped me for doing so until I verified myself (something I was never asked to do before) so I sent them my driver’s license, my passport, a selfie photo of myself holding my drivers license.
I was also asked to verify my address so I sent them a picture of my government tax return and my bank direct deposit form witch both have more then enough info to verify my address. But They still declined it and wanted my utility bills in witch I explained to them that all my bills where I live are under my girlfriends name and they basically told me they don’t care that without the utilitie bills they will not give me my money. They kept giving me the run around never a strait answer and kept telling me that it’s the rules and they will loose there gambling license even after for a hole year they let me deposit and cash out thousands of $ with no problems at least over 300 times.
I now had to switch one of my bills under my own name and I gotta wait 1 month before this bill comes in so I can send it into them. I really enjoyed gambling on this casino and I really hope this gets resolved. I have been an amazing customer.

They will allow USA players all day everyday to deposit. Not allowed to withdraw. They can put a geoblock for the UK, why not the US?
They’ll blame players for them not enforcing their own T&Cs. Also, they actually approved my documents. (Passport form the USA). They said opened multiple accounts. When it comes to blocking geo locations, it’s not a very good way of restricting players due to VPN being rather prevalent, especially with crypto users.

Well I signed up and wanted to try this casino before depositing my bitcoin from my bitcoin wallet.

I went over terms and conditions of the deposit bonus that I had carefully chosen.
When my deposit was received and all was good to bitstarz, the casino showed that it was received which I thought was great! I knew exactly what it was that I just purchased and was very much informed that everything was in place and ready to play!

It appears you made a 20 dollar first deposit but didn’t receive the welcome bonus of 100%. You then gambled your 20 dollars and asked for the bonus to be added retroactively. Unfortunately we’re not able to add a bonus after the fact that you’ve lost your original deposit.
You mentioned that you weren’t aware that you didn’t get the 100% match bonus, which I’m very sorry to hear, but didn’t you notice that you started off with a 20 dollar balance instead of the 40 as you would have had if you deposited and received the 100% bonus?
